Bernadette Testani – Founding Partner |
| |
Bernadette Testani, Founding Partner of Oxford Partners International, is a highly committed, insightful and effective executive recruiter. With over 17 years of experience, she has successfully completed over 200 national and international assignments across various functions including; general management, sales, finance, information technology, research & development, operations, marketing, human resources, and legal affairs. |
| |
Bernadette's career began with an educational focus when she received her B.A. from the University of Western Ontario in Administrative & Commercial Studies, with a specialization in Social Organization and Human Relations. |
| |
Her executive search career began at The Caldwell Partners. Bernadette then explored new territory with a brief stint as an account executive at a start-up company specializing in direct marketing, software development and customer service operations. Finally, Bernadette found her niche at executive search firm Highland Partners (previously known as TMP Worldwide and Illsley Bourbonnais Ward Howell and now known as Heidrick & Struggles). As a Partner in the Technology and Telecom practice, she was responsible for securing candidates for a broad range of organizations from US multinationals to burgeoning start-ups in Canada. And it was here that she developed her insight and deepened her experience. |
| |
After 10 years, Bernadette made the move to Russell Reynolds Associates where she was instrumental in establishing their Professional Services, Technology and Healthcare Practice. But she soon realized the traditional recruiting model was never going to allow for the focus and commitment required and deserved for senior executive placement. It was this revelation that led Bernadette to found Oxford Partners International in 2005. |
| |
Now, with a unique recruiting model designed to benefit clients and candidates alike, Oxford Partners continues to successfully serve clients from coast-to-coast including Halifax, Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary, Edmonton, and Vancouver. |
