Bernadette Testani, Founding Partner of Oxford Partners International, is a highly committed, insightful and effective executive recruiter. With over 14 years of experience, she has successfully completed over 200 national and international assignments across various functions including; general management, sales, finance, information technology, research & development, operations, marketing, human resources, and legal affairs.
 
 
Bernadette's career began with an educational focus when she received her B.A. from the University of Western Ontario in Administrative & Commercial Studies, with a specialization in Social Organization and Human Relations.
 
 
Her executive search career began at the renowned Caldwell Partners. Bernadette then explored new territory with a brief stint as an account executive at a start-up company specializing in direct marketing, software development and customer service operations. Finally, Bernadette found her niche at executive search firm Highland Partners (previously known as TMP Worldwide and Illsley Bourbonnais Ward Howell). As a Partner in the Technology and Telecom practice, she was responsible for finding candidates for a broad range of organizations from US multinationals to burgeoning start-ups in Canada . And it was here that she developed her insight and deepened her experience.
 
 
After 10 years, Bernadette made the move to Russell Reynolds Associates where she was instrumental in established their Professional Services and Healthcare Practice. But she soon realized the traditional recruiting model was never going to allow for the focus and commitment required and deserved for senior executive placement. It was this revelation that led Bernadette to found Oxford Partners International in 2005.
 
 
Now, with a unique recruiting model designed to benefit clients and candidates alike, Bernadette operates Oxford out of Toronto, Canada .
 
   
  Anthony J. Meaney - Associate  
  Anthony J. Meaney has over 15 years recruitment experience across a wide spectrum of industries and professions.  
 
Anthony began his career in the recruitment of Engineering and Manufacturing personnel in 1988. He then progressed to Information Technology and Sales professionals and eventually founded his own recruitment firm specializing recruiting Sales and related professionals in the Technology and Transportation sectors. From there, he moved into executive search - eventually working with Deloitte and Touche's executive search practice.
 
 
Beyond Sales and Technology, Anthony's recruitment expertise includes Supply Chain Management, Plant, Production and Purchasing Management, Human Resources, Marketing, and a host of other areas.
 
   
  Marcie Gurr – Associate  
 
Marcie Gurr is a dedicated and passionate recruitment professional with 8 years of experience serving North American clients in executive search.
 
 
Marcie's career in search began in 1997 with a boutique search firm that was later acquired by Korn Ferry International. In 2002, Marcie joined the Toronto office of Russell Reynolds Associates where she was an active member of the consumer practice until 2005. Marcie's recruitment projects ranged from executive level C-suite to senior management strategic hires. With a strong background in thorough research, Marcie brings a disciplined approach to executive search.
 
 
Marcie has a successful track record of completing searches across a variety of functions in the consumer products, retail, financial services, publishing, media, and technology sectors.
 
 
Marcie received her Bachelor of Arts degree in French Studies from York University, Toronto. Marcie also studied at the University of Bordeaux, France.
 
   
  Nicole Valentinuzzi - Researcher  
 
Nicole Valentinuzzi is a Research Associate with Oxford Partners Executive Search International.
 
 
Prior to joining the team, she worked for the federal government as a Media Relations and Communications Officer for the Correctional Service of Canada (CSC). This position entailed working with media sources, as well as devising communication procedures for the Commissioner of CSC and media lines for House of Commons debates involving the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness.
 
 
Previous to CSC, Nicole held contractual positions with several high-profile Canadian media outlets, including CBC Radio and the Ottawa Citizen, a CanWest publication. In addition, she has worked as a freelance editor and researcher for various magazines.
